All steps of fabric manufacturing from raw material to finished product (demonstrations, workshops)
Between Tarn, Aude and Hérault, in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the museum, located in an old textile factory from the 19th century, testifies to the wealth of know-how and industrial heritage.
Come and discover the techniques of making a carded wool fabric from the raw material to the finished product to the sounds of looms and other textile machines.
Temporary exhibitions and creative workshops complete the museum tour.
Useful information
Open every afternoon 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. from March 1 to November 30 except Mondays
In July and August, open every days (10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.).
Groups by reservation from March to November.
