In the heart of Cathar Country and the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, the Miellerie des Clauses honey farm invites you to discover a fascinating world and share a passion. Several tour options are available:
The Bee Theatre
Come and meet the bees with your family. During the visit, the beekeeper will answer all your questions and, while remaining in the air-conditioned room, you will observe him opening an inhabited hive and performing his daily tasks.
The Bzz Experience
Come and enjoy an extraordinary experience: step into the shoes of a beekeeper and meet the bees. In small groups, you'll venture into the garrigue to experience this unforgettable moment. The morning will end with a tasting of the hive's treasures, accompanied by a glass of mead.
Reserved for adults. Despite all precautions taken, before coming, please ensure you are not allergic to bee venom.
Honey House Evenings
With friends or family, come and enjoy a relaxing moment around the ancient beverage of mead. The beekeeper will open the doors to the barrel-aging cellar. You'll discover our different meads: dry, sweet, and of varying ages… A surprising experience! All accompanied by an assortment of local products.
