In the heart of Minervois, between Narbonne and Carcassonne, the Oulibo mill invites you to discover with your family the secrets of preparing olives and olive oil on the site of "the Odyssey of the Olive Tree".
At the end of the visit, you will be introduced to tasting different local olive oils and olives.
